ABOUT HAAN COUNSELING

Let’s Build A Connection That Helps You Grow

Welcome! My name is Maggie Haan (She/Her). I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a certificate in trauma counseling from Antioch University Seattle. Before providing outpatient therapy, I gained experience in community mental health providing counseling and case management to adults with severe and persistent mental health challenges, supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, and working for over six years in an eating disorder treatment center at the residential and partial hospitalization levels of care.

I am passionate about providing non-stigmatizing, compassionate counseling services to adults who experience loneliness, trauma, grief, and disrupted relationships with their body and food. I’m not afraid of your feelings or your past. It is an honor to witness your unfolding while offering a space where you can feel supported in your healing.

Outside of sessions, I enjoy meaningful conversations with loved-ones over tea or food, engaging in joyful movement such as dance and yoga, tending to my cut flower garden, and spending time with my Spouse and our dog.
